There are a couple of different ways you can use this light bulb habit tracker:
Use it as a 4-week tracker: there are 4 strands with 7 bulbs, which makes this page useful as a weekly tracker to track any habit. The Color code can be used for how well you do. For instance, one shade could be 5 minutes of exercise, another shade 10 minutes of exercise, etc.
Track Multiple Habits at once: You can also use the color code to track multiple habits at once. One color could be exercise, one could be gratitude, one could be going to bed at a certain time, and the last one could be eating 5 servings of fruits/veggies. You get the point! If you track 4 habits at once, this page turns into a weekly tracker, rather than a 4-week tracker. We did this on purpose so that you can customize the page exactly how you want it!
